Chang Modern Thai Cuisine Vietnam serves customers through a network of nearly 80 restaurants across 22 provinces and cities. Delivery is available within a maximum radius of 4 km from the nearest restaurant.
A fixed delivery fee of VND 25,000 per order applies to the final order value after discounts and promotional offers have been applied.
This policy applies to delivery addresses located within a 4 km radius of the restaurant.
Operating hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Estimated delivery time: between 30 and 45 minutes after the order has been successfully recorded by the system.
All orders must be delivered no later than 10:00 PM on the same day.

The system will automatically record the order and forward its details to the designated restaurant for processing.
A customer service representative may contact the customer to reconfirm the order in the following circumstances:
A system error occurs while the order is being recorded.
The order value is VND 2,000,000 or more.
Once the order has been confirmed, a delivery staff member from the nearest restaurant will deliver the order to the customer’s address.
The order may include accompanying items such as sauces, spoons, forks, napkins, and other utensils, depending on the products ordered.
Customers must complete their orders on www.thepizzacompany.vn to receive an order number and confirmation that the order has been successfully placed.
Orders are generally ready for pickup approximately 20 minutes after confirmation.
For orders valued at VND 2,000,000 or more, preparation time will begin after the customer receives a confirmation call from Chang Modern Thai Cuisine Vietnam.
Customers may change their pickup time within the same day, provided that the restaurant is notified at least one hour before the originally scheduled pickup time.
Pickup hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily.
Customers are requested to inspect all products when collecting their orders.
If any product is defective, incomplete, or otherwise unsatisfactory, customers should retain the receipt so that the restaurant can inspect the order and provide assistance.
Any dispute arising between Chang Modern Thai Cuisine Vietnam and a customer shall be resolved in a cooperative manner, with respect for the rights and interests of both parties and on the basis of equality.

Customers may pay in cash upon receiving the order and verify the order details against the receipt.
For orders with an actual payable value of VND 1,000,000 or more, payment must be made online using one of the following methods:

Credit card.
Debit card.

Customers may change their payment method from cash to another payment method available at the restaurant.
Customers may use an electronic wallet to pay for their orders online.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully completed, the transaction amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
Customers may pay using a credit card, debit card, or ATM card through the Sacombank payment gateway.
